We understand that life can be unpredictable and cancellations may be necessary. To respect our time, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a 50% fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. If You are running late please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a Refill, 20 minutes late to a Full Set or 10 minutes late to a touch up your appointment will be rescheduled and will be charged a 50% of service fee.
